We, here at National School Apprenticeships, have launched our ‘One by 2020’ campaign which aims to encourage every school in England to employ an apprentice by the year 2020.
We are asking you to commit by creating at least one apprenticeship vacancy in your school. The plan is to create a groundswell of apprenticeship opportunities nationally for school leavers to apply for.
To pledge your commitment to the One by 2020 campaign, register your interest in employing an apprentice in your school and start the process today.
Apprenticeships are a fundamental part of all education plans in England, so if your school does not employ an apprentice then ask yourselves, why not?
In 2014-2015 over 3000 schools joined the National School Apprenticeship programme (NSA) to recruit an apprentice and train the next generation of school support staff. We offer a range of apprenticeships in schools from teaching assistants to business administration.
Schools can benefit from Government funded training for their apprentices, which is 100% funded for 16-18 year olds and subsidised for apprentices over the age of 19.
We look forward to your school joining the prestigious NSA programme.
